Legal Department
The Legal Department is the central point of contact for all legal matters of the Max Delbrück Center.
We are the central point of contact for all legal issues and negotiate, review and draft various forms of contracts. We advise scientific working groups, technology platforms, departments and the directorate. Furthermore we protect IP and publication rights, limit your liability risks, and prevent reputational damage.
