Legal Department
The Legal Department is the central point of contact for all legal issues of the MDC.
After the conclusion of a contract, we also support and advise the research groups in the further processing of contracts. The Legal Department should generally be contacted as early as possible to discuss any possible legal issues in advance.
We advise research groups, departments and the MDC board but also in all other legal issues, we are available for advice.
