Group leader
We welcome attendees of all career stages, but registration is mandatory. You must be a postdoc or a final year PhD student in order to present talks, posters, and win prizes in both of these categories. As a non-final year PhD student, you are allowed to present posters, but will not be eligible for prizes. Group leaders and principal investigators are asked to encourage their group members to attend.
Your contribution

There are two kinds of contributions: talks and posters.

Talks will be selected from the submitted abstracts, and will consist in 10-15 minute slots in the main stage of the event. The format is the classic: A slideshow that you will present, in this case sharing from your computer.

Posters consist on 2-3 slides that will be displayed in an individual virtual board. Assistants can freely wander in, and you will be able to chat and discuss.

You also have the option to assist without contribution, but we encourage you to show us your research and opt for prizes!

Preferred contribution type

Maximum of 1500 characters including spaces. Please remember that the audience has diverse scientific backgrounds; it is important to make sure that your abstract (and presentation) is accessible, as this will help facilitate understanding and discussion. An overly technical or specialized abstract will not be selected for oral presentation.

In order to reduce the environmental impact, the book of abstracts will be distributed in digital format exclusively.

⚠️ Please submit your abstract at the time of the registration.
