I obtained my Master degree (D.E.A) from the Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg. During this time I worked under the supervision of Prof. Emiliana Borrelli at the IGBMC, where I studied signal transduction pathways activated by dopamine receptors in vivo.

I joined the laboratory of Prof. Erich Wanker in October 2004 as a Ph.D. student. My major research interest is to better understand biological systems at the molecular level in the context of modern drug discovery. My current project focuses on identifying proteins, which can modulate Huntington’s disease phenotype and extrapolate them onto potential therapeutic targets.

In addition, I am also working with Functional Assay Team (FAT) in order to establish new research avenues in the field of neurodegenerative disorders.
