Guidelines for External Companies and Additional Contractual Conditions
The Guidelines for External Companies as well as all additional information are respectively applied to the current version. Please update the documents in regular gaps.
These Guidelines describe the particular requirements for the employment of external companies (contractors) on the grounds of the MDC. Their purpose is the prevention of accidents and personal injury, damage to equipment and environmental damage.

Additional Contractual Conditions of the Max Delbrück Center
The Additional Contractual Conditions (hereinafter ACCs) shall apply for all contracts concerning goods and/or services entered into by the Max Delbrück Center. In supplementation, the General Conditions for the Provision of Services (Vertragsbedingungen für die Ausführung von Leistungen (VOL/B)) valid at the time the contract is entered into shall also apply.
