Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften

Visitor Information

There are a number of public and educational events organized by Campus Berlin-Buch and the MDC. However, in general, the campus is open to the public at all times.

Long Night of Sciences

The Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften (Long Night of Sciences) is an annual event where research institutes, university departments and scientific institutions from all over Berlin and Potsdam open their doors to the public. 

Museum of the scientific history of the biomedical Campus Berlin-Buch

The museum in the Oskar- and Cécile- Vogt-House displays the scientific history of the former Institut für Hirnforschung der Kaiser Wilhelm-Gesellschaft (Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Brain Research) and the institutes that followed.

Campus Cinema

The Society of Friends of the MDC (Freundeskreis) supports various acticvities on campus that are also open to the public. For example, MDC employees show their favourite films at "Campus Cincema".
