The MDC “Back to the Roots”-Lab enables MDC scientists and science managers to reach out to talented early-career researchers in countries of their origin and/or their Alma Mater universities abroad to share their first-hand experience of successfully studying and/or carrying out research in Germany. This project was selected as a one of the winners of the DFG Community Prize and is supported as part of the “Research in Germany” Initiative from the funds of the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF)."
