Research Areas

Research at the Max Delbrück Center aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of health and disease, and translate those findings into medical practice. These core activities are pursued in 88 independent research groups and are complemented by twelve clinical research groups in the ECRC (Experimental and Clinical Research Center) together with Charité Berlin.
