The Department of Pediatric Cardiology at the Charité Campus Virchow-Clinic (Director: Prof. Dr. med. Felix Berger) has long-term expertise in the treatment of patients with congenital heart defects, acquired heart disease, and arrhythmias. The outpatient´s service provides the short- and long-term treatment of children and adults. The group leader, PD Dr. med. Sabine Klaassen, is a pediatric cardiologist in the department and heads the special consultation clinic for cardiomyopathies in children and adolescents.
