SCVERSE Proteomics Hackaton
The next Scverse Hackathon will take place in Berlin from 30.03.2026 to 31.03.2026.
The scverse consortium is a community-driven initiative that aims to enhance accessibility to foundational tools for analysing omics data in life sciences, developing open and standardised file formats and computational tools to facilitate data re-use and remove barriers to participation in research. The scverse community hackathons aim to bring together users and developers of scverse tools to work on improving existing code base and adding new features to streamline the analysis of single-cell data.
With this edition of the scverse hackathon, we plan to focus on proteomics.
