LAS_AF software (Leica)	offline licence of Leica Software for image analysis of Leica .lif files, i.e quantification of fluorescence intensities, measurements, colocalisation, stitching
Imaris (Bitplane)	3D and 4D image analysis software for visualization, segmentation and interpretation of 3D and 4D multi-channel microscopy datasets with the option for i.e., 3D rendering, quantitative colocalisation, different types of measurements, filament tracing, particle tracking
