E.R.D.E.-AAK-Diagnostik GmbH is an independent, privately funded research and diagnostics laboratory specialized in agonistic autoantibodies against G‑protein-coupled receptors (agAAB). For 25 years, we have focused on these autoantibodies, which target receptors involved in conditions often triggered by viral infections. We hold multiple patents (EU and USA) in the diagnosis and therapy of auto- antibody-associated dementia.

Problem

Agonistic autoantibodies (agAAK) against G‑protein-coupled receptors are a clinically underrecognized driver of serious conditions including Long COVID, Post-Vac Syndrome, ME/CFS, POTS, Alzheimer’s, and vascular dementia. Conventional diagnostics fail to detect these functional auto-antibodies, leaving patients without an accurate diagnosis or a targeted therapeutic pathway.

Solution

E.R.D.E.-AAK-Diagnostik offers testing of patient sera for diverse agonistic autoantibodies using three different validated test systems. For physician practices, we offer testing for various agonistic autoantibodies (agAAC) as a service. For patients with positive findings, we provide referrals to expert partners for therapeutic consultation. This facilitates referrals for immunoadsorption therapy, the method by which these agonistic autoantibodies can be removed from the body.
