MDC Summer Party 2024
Dear MDC community, dear friends on campus and dear alumni,
It's once again time for our summer party in Buch. We'd like to invite you to come – not only to celebrate the summer, but also all of our joint successes!
The time and date are:
On Thursday, July 04
from 3:00 p.m.* at the Buch Campus
There's going to be a great program including lots of activities for children!
This year the festival is being organized by the MDC community itself. Several labs are offering guided tours, and the MDC Society of Friends will honor the Silent Heroes of 2024. Along with a pub quiz, there will be sports and a flea market where you can hunt for clothes or children's toys and swap books. Colleagues will provide information about various projects they are involved in. Or just come sit back in a deck chair, listen to the music and chat, and have a good time.
And there will be plenty to eat at the International Food Bazaar, prepared by MDC colleagues, offering fares from the diverse cultures of our staff! The grill will offer vegetarian and meat dishes. All the food will be free of charge – although donations are always welcome! Anything we take in will go to the MDC Society of Friends, which is generously supporting the festival. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be free of charge, provided by the Campus Berlin-Buch.
Thanks to all donors and supporters in advance!
We look forward to celebrating with you on the Buch campus!
*Until 5 p.m., you can count your participation toward work hours.
