OmicPrep

Decoding disease, one cell at a time

OmicPrep is a breakthrough sample preparation device designed to accelerate and simplify advanced multi-omics analysis for science and industry. OmicPrep enables seamless processing down to single-cell resolution to deliver cost effective workflows, greater reproducibility, and unprecedented insight into health and disease for the future of personalised medicine.

Problem

As spatial and single-cell omics increasingly operate with minute sample quantities, conventional methods become impractical and often ineffective. This technical bottleneck typically restricts analyses to a single omics modality, substantially limiting biological insight and increasing the risk of overlooking important therapeutic and diagnostic opportunities.

Solution

OmicPrep, directly addresses this market gap by enabling integrated single-cell and spatial multi-omics with ultra-low-input sensitivity. It recovers nucleic acids, proteins, lipids, and metabolites from extremely small biological samples while enhancing detection sensitivity. This allows comprehensive molecular profiling from rare cells, single biopsy cells, organoids and spatially defined tissue regions obtained by laser microdissection.
