Abstract:

Advances in protein engineering are transforming immunotherapy, offering innovative tools to enhance immune responses against cancer and autoimmune diseases. This presentation outlines next-generation approaches to engineer immune receptors and T cells with improved specificity and functionality. We utilize cutting edge methods including genome editing, deep and single-cell sequencing and machine learning-guided protein engineering.
