4. Helmholtz Reproducibility Workshop
We are excited to invite you to an image dataset pre-validation workshop as part of the Helmholtz Reproducibility Workshop.
Great data analysis is driven by high-quality images and a deep understanding of your data. In this session, you will learn how to effectively explore your dataset—bridging the gap between collection and analysis—while avoiding common pitfalls.
To simplify your prevalidation process, we are introducing an early version of our image pre-validation tool, which offers features including dataset visualization, interactive exploration, statistical summaries, metadata analysis, and automated quality control reports. This tool is designed to unlock the full potential of your scientific image data by ensuring its reliability from the outset.
You are welcome to bring your own dataset if you would like to try the tool and discuss your data with us.
Full reproducibility workshop starts at 09:00.
Image prevalidation workshop is 10:30-12:30.
