Our entrepreneurship events are designed to help researchers navigate the path from discovery to impact. Additionally, we bring our innovators to the most relevant startup events in biotech ecosystem to support their outreach and build new connections.
Entrepreneurial education
We provide practical training designed to equip researchers with the tools and confidence to translate scientific discoveries into successful ventures.

- H3 Sciencepreneur Bootcamp – an intensive program that introduces researchers to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business development, and commercialization, organized jointly with H3 Helmholtz Health Hub.
- Start-up Essentials Seminar Series – hands-on seminars featuring experienced investors, covering topics such as venture creation, fundraising, and investor expectations.
In parallel, our colleagues from the Scientific Talent Management team offer introductory entrepreneurship training for researchers taking their first steps towards innovation.

Tailored support for our innovators
We continuously evolve to meet the needs of our innovation community and the startups we support, introducing new formats as new challenges and opportunities emerge, organizing targeted events for projects within our incubation and funding programs:
- BOOSTer Feedback, where applicants to our internal BOOST program receive intensive one-on-one mentoring from entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to strengthen their commercialization strategies and funding proposals.
- Roadmap Track for Spin-offs, offering tailored deep-dive sessions with external experts to help future spin-offs tackle key business and development milestones.
- Diagnostics Day, bringing together innovators and diagnostics experts to explore market needs, partnerships, and commercialization opportunities.
- Pharma Innovation Accelerator, educating research teams about specific of developing a pharmaceutical product on a highly regulated market.
- PreGoBio application evaluation
