Jeff Hubbell: Engineering Immunological Tolerance using Antigens, Cytokines, and Metabolites

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming MDC Lecture, featuring Professor Jeff Hubbell from the Tandon School of Engineering at New York University and vice-president for the NYU Bioengineering strategy.

Please register for the MDC Afternoon for Immunology here beforehand if you plan to attend.

Jeff Hubbell is a pioneer in the field of immuno-modulatory materials whose research spans biology, chemistry, and engineering to generate novel solutions to common health problems. His work focuses on using biomaterials and engineered proteins to enhance the body’s own immune system to fight inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, allergies, and disease states like cancers.

His lecture, titled “Engineering Immunological Tolerance using Antigens, Cytokines, and Metabolites” will provide valuable insights into the latest developments in this field and potential clinical applications.

The MDC Lecture Series features distinguished speakers of international renown. Since immune engineering is a future strategic area for the MDC, I strongly encourage all researchers to attend this important lecture and actively participate in the discussion and networking opportunities.

We look forward to seeing you there!
