Existing T cell therapies lack the precision, potency, and multi-layered enhancements needed to overcome complex tumor microenvironments in difficult-to-treat solid tumor indications.

The Solution

T‑knife’s unique approach leverages our proprietary MyT platform and synthetic biology capabilities to design the next-generation of supercharged T cells with best-in-class potential. Our product candidates are designed to induce an organically optimized immune signaling cascade intended to stimulate a potent T cell-driven immune response, targeting tumor antigens across multiple difficult-to-treat solid tumor indications. Our lead candidate TK-6302 targeting PRAME is currently entering Phase 1 trials (2026).
