EPO is a preclinical contract research organization (CRO), offering customized and comprehensive preclinical oncology and immuno-oncology services for the development of novel anti-cancer drugs. Founded as a spin-off from the Max Delbrück Center in Berlin-Buch, EPO has grown to serve over 450 customers worldwide across more than 25 years of operation.
EPO provides customized, full-service preclinical oncology and immuno-oncology research, with a portfolio of over 600 well-characterized patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models spanning approximately 17 cancer entities, alongside cell line-derived xenograft and syngeneic tumor models. Our services support large pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and academic institutions globally — with more than 25 years of validated expertise behind every study.
